This was done as a Christmas present for my pal Don Coscarelli ( director of Phantasm, Beastmaster, Bubba Ho-Tep, etc.) It was so much fun drawing the characters from all his films that I wanted to do a comic book of them.

love the pic and love anything made by mr.coscarelli.
personally, it would be a squib wet dream to draw a PHANTASM spin-off/sequel. I'd fight tooth and nail to get that gig, but for david hartman, I'd step aside and roll out the red carpet.
